Blackjack Club: Live Tables, Clear Rules

Blackjack Club is one room in the 002win lobby: live dealer tables, a card that spells out the rules, and chips you buy with your account wallet before the shoe starts.

HOW WE RUN IT

Rules On Screen, Not Behind It

We keep the club readable. Every live table shows the shoe, the burn card and the shuffle on camera, and the rules panel stays open next to the felt for the whole session — no hidden switches between hands. Where a provider publishes return-to-player figures, the table card shows them; where it doesn't, we don't make a number up. Table limits and side bet prices are listed before you buy in, and our table list names the studio behind each game so you know who is dealing.

Studio Named Every blackjack table lists its provider — Evolution, Pragmatic Play and others — so you can tell live dealer rooms apart from software-dealt hands before you sit down.
Rules Panel Always Open Payout ratios, soft 17 behaviour, split limits and surrender options stay on screen beside the felt. We don't change a table's card while you're seated in it.
Published Payout Figures Where a studio publishes return-to-player numbers for a table, the card carries them. Where it doesn't, we leave the field blank rather than quote a figure we can't point to.
Shuffle On Camera The shoe is loaded, the burn card is shown and the shuffle happens in view of the stream, so the hand you're dealt comes from a deck you watched being cut.
AT THE FELT

Help While You Hold a Seat

Most questions at the club come up mid-shoe, so our support route is built for that. Tap the chat button on the table screen and you reach Bangladesh support without leaving the felt, wherever you are in Dhaka or Chattogram — the agent can see your table ID and wallet reference, so you don't have to type them out. If the stream freezes, the seat stays with you while you reload the page.

Table Chat Open the chat panel from any blackjack table and an agent joins with your table ID already attached. Use it for seat errors, rule questions or a stream that stalls mid-hand.
Wallet Buy-In Help If your buy-in shows in bKash, Nagad or Rocket but not on the felt, send the transaction ID through chat and we'll trace it against your account wallet before the next shoe.
Rule Check Before You Sit Ask us what a table pays, whether surrender is open or how many seats allow a side bet, and we'll point you to the exact card instead of a general answer.
002win Inside the 002win Blackjack Club

Inside the 002win Blackjack Club

Inside the club you'll find live dealer blackjack streamed from a studio, dealt on a real shoe rather than a random number generator, plus Speed Blackjack for hands that move faster and Infinite Blackjack where seats stay open while you decide. Each table card carries the details that matter: whether blackjack pays three to two or six to five, whether the dealer

stands or hits on soft 17, and how many splits and double downs you get. Evolution and Pragmatic Play supply most of the tables, so the dealing, the burn card and the shuffle all happen on camera. Buy in from your account wallet, pick a seat, and the rules panel sits beside the felt the whole time.

Words You Hear At The Table

Blackjack has its own shorthand, and the club throws a lot of it at you at once — shoe, soft 17, push, surrender, buy-in. This short list covers the words that change how a hand plays out, not just how it sounds. Once you know what a push does to your stake or what surrender returns, the table card stops reading like a contract.

What is a soft 17 in blackjack?

A soft 17 is a hand with an ace counted as eleven plus six, so it can drop to seven without busting. Table cards state whether the dealer stands or hits on it.

What does the shoe mean?

The shoe is the box that holds the shuffled decks at a live blackjack table. You can watch it being loaded and cut on the stream before cards reach the felt.

What is a push in blackjack?

A push is a tied hand: you and the dealer finish on the same total, so your stake comes back to your account wallet and nobody wins the round.

What does buy-in mean?

A buy-in is the amount you move from your account wallet onto the table to start playing. It sets your chip stack for that session, not your total balance.

What is surrender at a blackjack table?

Surrender lets you fold a weak starting hand and take back half your stake. Not every table offers it, so check the rules panel before you sit.

How does insurance work in blackjack?

Insurance is a side bet offered when the dealer shows an ace. It pays out if the dealer holds blackjack, and it costs half of your original stake.

Blackjack Questions We Get Often

These are the questions our chat queue gets about blackjack more than any other. Most of them come down to the same thing: what a table pays, what happens to your stake when a hand ends, and whether you can reach the felt from a phone. The answers below are short because the club keeps its rules on the table card anyway. If something still doesn't match what you see on screen, message support from the table and we'll check it.

It's the blackjack room inside our lobby: live dealer tables dealt from a real shoe, side bet variants and software tables, all funded from your account wallet and open on mobile.

Open a table, choose a stake from the ladder and confirm the buy-in from your wallet. The seat locks to your account, so a reload on a slow connection won't cost you the hand.

The club runs in the same browser session on Android and iOS, and the live stream adapts to a smaller screen. Rotate the phone to see the full seats and side-bet panel.

Live tables are dealt by a person on camera from a physical shoe. Software tables run on a random number generator and load faster on weak connections, with the same rules panel beside them.

It varies by table. The card on each game states the blackjack payout before you buy in, so check whether it reads three to two or six to five and pick accordingly.

Your seat and stake stay recorded on the table. Reload the page and you rejoin the same hand; if the round was voided, the stake returns to your account wallet.
